Transworld Competition Rules

By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions: 

1. No cash alternative to the prize will be available.

2. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (excluding employees and their families of Transworld, The Random House Group, and the Bertelsmann Group).

3. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

4. Proof of sending e-mail is not proof of receipt of entry.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries and incomplete entries will be disregarded.

6. The closing date for entries is 3rd October 2004.

7. The winner will be notified by e-mail or post within 7 days of the closing date.

8. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
